The Emotional Clearing session uses 12 different essential oil blends, specific to different emotions, held on or over different points on the body, to help release or ease negative emotions, which helps the body to relax & heal. As per D. Gary Young, founder of Young Living Essential Oils, “Negative experiences and ideas are recorded in our brains and locked into our memories throughout our lives. These memories range from mild to extreme and have a profound effect on our health and happiness. In order to become who we are intended to be we must erase these negatives and reprogram our thoughts to make positive ideas our reality.” Chakras are 7 energy systems within the body, from the base of the spine to the top of the head. When your Chakras are out of balance it can cause malaise within the body. Bringing them into balance can improve your overall health & your body’s ability to heal itself. Essential oils are used to help bring the Chakras back in to balance, due to their high level of vibrational frequency. Essential oils have been found to have a profound effect on emotions, plus the ability to release emotional trauma, blocked emotions & thoughts, and to reduce stress. Both the Chakra Balancing & Emotional Clearing sessions are done with the person fully clothed.
